Want to Build an Alliance?

I'm looking for members to help me build a new alliance and help it thrive. I'd like to build a very organized governing body that consists of a council and a military hierarchy. I realize that in this particular game it is difficult to successfully start an alliance but I believe it can be done. I need members who are interested in being part of the building process. I need people who want to build something rather than maintain something that others built. I am on USA13 and I am under the alliance name DEFENDERS OF THE CONSTITUTION. The name is probably going to be changed, depending on what people want. Well that is if I get anyone to join.
