What's the minimum amount of soldiers needed to take a catle

Of course, that's for a castle with level 1 fortifications and no troops.
Otherwise you need more.

If it's a free castle send about 4 swords and 1 handcart minimum just to be sure. Other than that I'd suggest do some spying and build alot of troops.
