Changing devices

I need to change my Iphone where I have L&K.
I do have the login data.
I dont remember my password.
How to setup the game in my new phone??

Did you make your account portable? To change devices you need to do that prior to change.

When you sign up an account and log in without using a password or an email address, the account is bound to your device. This is a security measure so that no-one else in the world can access your account. To use one account with multiple devices has to be made portable.

Attention: Making your account portable will only work if you are online!
The performed changes will not take place if you are not connected to the internet.

Important:The account can only be made portable on a device which it was created with.

1. If you are logged into the game, please logout

2. Being at the home screen tap on "Login data"

3. Tap on ''Email registration'', alternatively you can use the 'Connect with facebook' function

5. Fill in the desired credentials and tap on "Send registration"

6. An activation link should be sent via mail to the email address provided, after confirming the registration, you will be able to log in using your email address and password on other devices.
