Times For land reform etc

dear developers,

Can you please understand that the time in Australia is different from the rest of the world.

It is bloody annoying that you run a promotion or game feature and post a time which IS NOT a time rellevent to and australian server.

It's not hard to set these things to run at the rellevent AUSTRALIAN TIME surely!
