NEW PLAYER - What Server to start on?

As the title suggests I am just starting out. I like the game a lot so far and reminds me of other games I have played already, but better. Id like to suggestions of what USA server to start on as a new player. I want to play long term so is an older more established server better? or one of the newer ones? I want to play in active servers not ones with too low populations. Let me know what you think. Thanks all.
