Why are all the warriors on the main splash screen left handed? Did most of the warrior in hand battle times fight with the left or is this an anomaly?

I know from being around horses is that u always mount the horse from the left side the reason for that is because the sword was sheathed on the left and u didnt want to have that to swing over while mounting and as most knights had horses I would say virtually none would have Been wielding lefty swords

It was the same then as it is today, most people were right handed. If you look at painting of shield walls, phalanxes or any sort for formation you will see that the men always had their shields on their left arm at weapons on their right, because they were right handed. The weak point of a phalanx was the left flank, because you were completely exposed since your shield was covering the man to your right.
Tldr: drawing is inaccurate
