Decrease troop build times

On battle server since we have a higher farm capacity, therefore more troopss allowed, it only makes sense to allow troops to build faster Since it is a faster paced game. Or increase rss production as well.

It only makes sense, there is too much wait time while you wait for troops to build, a fast paced game should have faster build times.

Yep. Rebuild on Battle Server takes forever. Casualties are high and defense is very high.

Yes troops take forever to build and I would love a farm level 40 there for each castle can build more troops
