Arsenal target troop count

On the mechanics of the game it would be really nice if u could set a target max no. beside each troop type in the arsenal. The current mass recruitment is fine if ur building one troop type that fills the remaining population but not so if u want to only recruit a certain amount of each.

Yeah I agree, I hate it when I have to go back and do exact amounts. It takes bloody ages lol!
