Mass mail improvements

I would like to see improvements to mass mails.
The creator of the mail should have the power to delete posts and add/ remove certain players from the mail.

This would stop the mails getting clogged up. And stop the need for new mails when council changes/ people leave.

Totally agree, the ability to edit once created would be very useful

Also just to add.
The creator should be able to let anybody they wish to moderate the mails. But overall the creator has control.
