Gold videos sometimes fail

Sometimes after watching a gold video I close the ad that comes up and am greeted with a black screen and no good is paid out. Anyone else get this?

yes about one in five does that. seems some types are affected more than others.
also happens structurally after been logged on looong time on same server. this is fixed by re logging in.
