Alright so something incredibly weird happened here.

A friend of mine just started playing yesterday, he got an account and started on USA 9. Moved his starting castle to be near me, got my initial resource shipments and everything was fine. He asks me if he can hit "silver captain". I look around him and see nothing of the like, so I ask him to send me a link. So he does, I open the link and I'm fucking baffled. It asks me to enter a nickname for USA 4.

By some weird way his account was transfered from USA 9 to USA 4. has this ever happened before and who do we contact to fix?
