Server issues - USA3

Past couple of days, numerous Server error messages. Everything from logon Network not available, could not connect with server, world not available try back later. Finally, after logging on, get Network not connected, Server could not be parsed, timed out, etc. for just about every single function. Even the most basic commands are taking 5-10 attempts before it finally takes or updates the screen. Game becoming nearly unplayable. If not corrected, I suspect we'll have more inactives to recycle.
