Horrible Server Lag USA4 &5 (3-20-14)

It just took 6 minutes to launch 1 attack because it was {Loading}. The same is true for opening reports, sending messages, etc. This poor level of functioning is unacceptable. Let's get it fixed!

Guess I should mention its on Android platform.
