New Players with fortress

I use to find in the map, new players with only one castle and a fortress.

How it is that possible?

To empty a fortress you need a 9k units, and even if someone empties for you, with the non evolved castle units, you will crash to the fortress walls.

If i ask directly to them, I use to get no answer and if they answer I get answers like: "I got it with patience "

does anybody have any clue?
