Allaince rights

What is the difference between the disband leader rights and alliance leader rights. I can't seem to find difference, I have also noticed if the person has the rights it still only shows the disband rights player not the alliance leader rights. Can anyone explain.

Hello SPW, thanks for your message,
the alliance leader right will effectively not do anything, it will indicate the alliance founder. Once the founder leaves, the right will passed on to the player with the most rights and highest score.
Should the founder have left before the implementation of the feature, it may be that no one will have this right.
