Gold usage option

I think there needs to be an option for using gold for the multi-builds and recruitment. The worst thing is that the whole point of these were so that you didn’t have to spend hours going through each castle, but as soon as a single building is selected that isn’t available to build, it offers you to use gold. Add in an option that you can disable gold useage for builds, so if I want to just build where available, I don’t have to scroll 100+ castles/forts to find that single castle that already has 2 builds running, just disable it as if there is no available population

Also, quite often once a build has completed, it stays in the list for ages (a good 15+ minutes sometimes) before it completes and lets me start up another build, which is annoying as I don’t always have the time to wait around and keep going back to it
