Silver suggestions

1) if a player fails to cap a city but has troops coming home (I.e all enemies defeated) they should be able to return with as much silver as they can carry back with them.

2) shared silver in the Alliance - would think this would promote teamwork within the alliance if members could send either to one another or to an Alliance Vault that only certain members can access and distribute.
