USA 10 - Server-Wide Sanctuary

Hello,

This is a proposal for all alliances on Server USA 10.

I would like to create a server-wide sanctuary so that those who enjoy playing the game, gut do not have the time or inclination towards war, can still build without being sucked into the conflict of their parent alliances.
This Server Sanctuary would have a leadership counsel comprised of representatives from each individual alliance interested in taking part. Potential members would have to be approved by both the leadership of the server sanctuary and their parent alliance, and would be subject to taxes and would be required to be active in order to maintain membership.
Those in this Server Sanctuary would not be allowed to assist with or in any way take part in conflicts and would be subjected to the 48 hour rule upon arrival.
Most of our alliances have sanctuaries, designed to allow players to avoid the demands of war; the issue is that sanctuaries are not always respected, and may be poached in the heat of battle. This server-wide sanctuary would remove the temptation to poach, and allow all of the alliances of Server USA 10 to come together and preserve those who wish to play without having to risk losing it all.

Members of the Server Sanctuary will retain their alliance uniforms, adding the abbreviated name of their original alliance to the end of their name and castles. Breaking rules would be punished by kicking, or resetting by the parent alliance of the offending member.
