1. Allow attackers to raze castles back to unowned, undeveloped freecastle status instead of always capping them.
2. Allow forts and or new cities to be linked to others in the same alliance. Forts stay on the map, connected by a visible line, or wall. Once forts are linked to wall in an enclosed are, that becomes the alliance SH with benefits for member castLes inside. If a wall fort is taken, the benefits are lost until the wall is restored to again enclose the area.
