Is customer support on vacation?

OK, I just don’t know what to do. One minute I’m fine and playing happily, the next I can’t get into my main account. I’ve tried everything. I’ve contacted support but have been waiting at least a week now. I would prefer her not to start all over, as I’ve sunk some real money into my main account. Does anyone have any suggestions? This is extremely frustrating, not to mention Causing my temper flare.
