Getting my stuff restored

Hi. I have a question. my name on here was Lady Reacher. I had to restore my phone as a new one, and I tried to log in with Game Center.itmade me take another user name on here, and I lost all the points I had as well as all the gold and silver I had.Is there a way to get it switched back?
