Anybody interested in forming a coalition of small alliances to band together and protect each other from being fed on by the big guys?
We would have some sort of requirement less than 10 or 20 members. And we would all get to maintain our complete independence.

I've seen it happen dozens of times. Has failed every time unless they are sponsored by a major family
