Because you had send 10000 sword instead of 7000 lancers. Only 500 sword was enough because there was only 250 scorpion inside. And there where 3000 spearman and 5000 crossbow so you needed to sen more than 8000 lancers what you didn't

Swordmen vs scorpion( harriers)
Archer. Vs swordmen
Lancer. Vs crossbow and spearmen
