Alliance rights

I started an alliance up. Got a couple of members to join me. We went to another alliance for talks. Come back and now none of us have an rights nor can we change them now. What can I do to change this?

Trust me bro, nothing can be done. My alliance had the same problem. Your going to have to start a new alliance with as similar a name to your old one as you can and everyone join that. Then set the old one as vassals

Nothing you can do now but you can prevent it.by giving other members change rights.

Best way to prevent this is by creating an ALT account (Admin) and giving that account full rights. Never take that Admin account out the alliance.
