I've been playing since the first servers. Its been fun watching the game grow. You do a great job of keeping it fresh, but many of us old dogs would love to play a server with rules from the early days. Remember when we used pen and paper to organize a trickle? Remember silver splits? Those were great fun.
-no bridges
-no sync attacks
-no forts or cities
-keep the advances in alliance tools and messaging.
Call it the Retro Server or Throwback Server

How about no damn bots too.

I agree with getting rid of bots, but I disagree with going back to pen and paper. It takes way too much time.

I'd play an old school server.

Lots of players have said the skill level has decreased. I agree whole heartedly. This game is very different now to what it was when I first started playing. Castles only held 10k silver and attack coordination was done by setting an alarm clock after you had spent an hour or two planning it on paper,

I used to get great satisfaction out of a well coordinated attack or defence!

Way too many wallet warriors these days.
