Players with no activity for 6 mos should have their castles begin to randomly revolt, perhaps 5% chance weekly. They then could become Free Castles. Likewise, all castles should have periodic maintenance to do and troops to replace from attrition. Upgrades need to be rebuilt, intended troops wander off.
