Didn't get my gold!

I paid for gold in usa10 4 days ago and still haven't received it. I've messaged you guys a dozen times with my account info and my apple receipt but I've been totally ignored. My next step is to get Apple or my credit card to halt payment so I get my $20 back. If this is how you treat your paying customers, that's pathetic.
