audible alerts for android

I know that I phones and ipods get an audible alert when attacked, building completed etc. It would be awesome for the same on android.

I posted this same question awhile ago but no one answered. I have s1 & s3 samsung phones, I cannot get them to vibrate when I get attacked. Many many patches ago the vibrate function worked. I only get a silent icon up top now to show im getting attacked. Please help android users.
