Dismissing Troops

I would like to be able to dismiss troops. Right now its a real pain to get rid of troops if you mess up on your troop configuration, you have to find a strong inactive player and attack him and hope you will lose. Please add a dismiss troops option in the Arsenal.

Or how about a retrain troop. Which would take less time. You could train a sword an to be an archer etc etc.
