Why doesn’t the game makers respond to players concerns

How come players are able to run multiple accounts and nothing is done about it, it ruins this game by giving the cheater more potential caps against non cheaters, close it down or lose more players

It seems that bots are being used, also. Does anyone else agree?

Totally agree Devs even posted an in game message to the fact that they are aware of bots being used and issuing player bans. They have not however answered which accounts are being banned? The bot accounts or the players using the bots accounts? If they are banning the bot accounts what use is that? If they ban the players using them what happens to the castles forts and cities? If they just stay on the server as they are they will obviously just be taken by the alliances they belong too. Or will they all get reset back to 22 pts castles?

A response = possible action .Possible action = less players .Less players = less revenue. Less revenue = little Johnny watches top gun 2 on the firestick in 4 weeks time , rather than the cinema tomorrow . Now who wants that , eh ?
