Reporting Bulling&victimisation

I was until recently a member of St George's Academy in uk 4 server...I was constantly bombarded by the leader 'tajal' whom saw fit to push,pressure,become impatient, argumentative,bully,intimidate, verbally abuse,belittle and the list grows and grows. I really enjoyed being apart of the alliance but unfortunately could not stand this dictatorship like behaviour anymore. Is there anything currently in place to report abusive players? I downloaded the game to enjoy it and not for what I have experienced. I have spent a fair amount of money on this app/game and do not want to walk away from this at all...I'm addicted haha
