Does anyone know if the game will tell you the amount to send or just half the amount ourselves

If it is 11:00 CEST, that means start and finish are both 5AM EDT; in night mode. Why was this done?

Hi strutter,

That meant, it showed still 100% requirement, but you made it 50% silver only, and it worked (the target castles all captured) ?

Yep! As long as the attack landed during the reform! I capped 34 castles with it!!!:)
