When does the appearance of the buildings change on the main screen? I have done a few upgrades but there has been no change to the look of any buildings. Should I contact tech support or am I missing something simple?

It never will. That screen gives you the look and feel of a typical castle, but will never change.

It does change, if you have a 288 castle and a low pointer compare the picture, the 288 has got more
